We are always happy to discuss how to make amends on a case by case basis. Our Arrangements and Pottery are designed for your satisfaction upon delivery.
Currently our Return & Refund policy is as follows:
PLANTS: 3 days to return plants at customer expense. If plants are dead/damaged we will not refund. If you notice a plant is not doing well, please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to come check on it and replace it with a friendlier plant if needed. We will not replace plants due to neglect, therefore this option is not available after the 3rd day from delivery.
POTTERY: If your pottery is cracked or damaged due to delivery, we will of course replace it with new pottery. If it is damaged after delivery, we are happy to help you source a new pot and replant for you for a custom fee.
SERVICES: Once service is rendered we will not refund it. If you feel that your service was not done properly please reach out to us via phone or email and we will be happy to clear up any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
