Once your order is placed we will reach out and schedule a delivery time. We are excited about participating in the success of your business and bringing you and your customers beautiful plants.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If these don't work for your business structure please contact us we are happy to work out another option for you.
That's not a problem for us.
Should we notice that a plant has decided to quit, we will replace it with the same type or a comparable alternative at no cost to you.
However, if it's decided to quit due to a wild, random "Plant Attack" (i.e being ripped out, suddenly missing, or completely smashed to bits, etc) we can discuss the options available to us. I've never seen this, but thought I should note it, just in case.
***Please note we will only replace a plant if you are on a Monthly Service Contract.
Watering Depends on the Season.
During the Fall, Winter and Spring, watering the pot thoroughly 2-3 times a week should suffice. I recommend a Tuesday & Friday routine when its cold. If the temperatures are mild around the 70-80 range I recommend Monday - Wednesday - Friday.
During the Summer you will want to water the plants lightly every day.
If you notice the plants drooping and would like to schedule a service, we will be happy to come out and try to help it thrive.
If you want to ensure replacement of a plant, I suggest using the Monthly Service.
