We are always happy to discuss how to make amends on a case by case basis. Our Arrangements and Pottery are signed for satisfaction upon delivery or pick-up.
Currently our Return & Refund policy is as follows:
PLANTS: 3 days to return plants at customer expense. If plants are dead/damaged we will not refund. If you notice an issue with a plant not doing well, please contact us we are more than happy to come check on it and replace it if needed. We will not replace plants due to neglect, therefore this option is not available after the 3rd day from delivery.
POTTERY: Pottery is cracked or Damaged due to delivery, we will of course replace it with new pottery. If it is Damaged after delivery, we will not replace it.
SERVICES: Once service is rendered we will not refund it. If you feel that your service was not rendered properly please reach out to us via phone or email and we will be happy to clear up any questions.
